### How much does certification of a commercial founding document cost?

By agreement between the notary and the interested person, at most 1000 GEL. The circle includes creation and reorganisation transactions, founding documents and amendments, and share-disposal transactions.

### And for a non-commercial legal entity?

A fixed 18 GEL; for a political party’s founding documents — also 18 GEL.

### Meeting minutes?

By agreement, at most 500 GEL; including meetings held by direct electronic communication means.

### What does the retainer package mean?
