# მუხლი 10. განაცხადის „საქპატენტში“ შეტანის თარიღი — სასაქონლო ნიშნების შესახებ

განაცხადის „საქპატენტში“ შეტანის თარიღად ითვლება „საქპატენტში“ მისი ჩაბარების დღე, თუ განაცხადი აკმაყოფილებს ამ კანონის მე-9 მუხლის მე-2 და მე-5 პუნქტებით გათვალისწინებულ მოთხოვნებს.
