ეს კანონი ამოქმედდეს გამოქვეყნებისთანავე. საქართველოს პრეზიდენტი ​ მ. სააკაშვილი თბილისი, 2011 წლის 14 ივნისი. №4753 –I ს შეტანილი ცვლილებები:
