# მუხლი 12 — მოსამართლეთა სოციალური და სამართლებრივი დაცვის გარანტიების შესახებ

1. მოსამართლე სარგებლობს ყოველწლიური ანაზღაურებადი შვებულებით 30 კალენდარული დღის ხანგრძლივობით.

2. (ამოღებულია).

3. უცხო ქვეყანაში მივლინებისას მოსამართლეს მიეცემა დანამატი დღიური ანაზღაურების 30 პროცენტის ოდენობით. საქართველოს 2005 წლის 23 დეკემბრის კანონი №2491 - სსმ I, №56, 28.12.2005წ., მუხ.428
