დაუშვებელია მოსამართლისათვის შრომის ანაზღაურების შემცირება მისი უფლებამოსილების მთელი ვადის განმავლობაში. საქართველოს 2005 წლის 23 დეკემბრის კანონი №2453 - სსმ I, №56, 28.12.2005წ., მუხ.398
