მოსამართლის სავალდებულო დაზღვევის უზრუნველსაყოფად, ამ კანონის ამოქმედებიდან 6 თვის ვადაში, საქართველოს იუსტიციის საბჭომ ლიცენზირებული სადაზღვევო ორგანიზაციის გამოსავლენად შეიმუშაოს შესარჩევი კონკურსის პირობები და ჩატარების წესი.
