დაწესებულების საქმიანობის სახელმწიფო კონტროლს ახორციელებს სააგენტო, რომელიც შერჩევით ან/და საჭიროებისამებრ ამოწმებს დაწესებულების მიერ გაცემული დასკვნის სისწორეს. საქართველოს 2006 წლის 29 დეკემბრის კანონი №4298  -სსმI, №51, 31.12.2006წ., მუხ.408
