სამედიცინო-სოციალური ექსპერტიზისათვის პირის სამედიცინო გამოკვლევისა და დიაგნოსტიკის ხარისხზე პასუხისმგებლობა ეკისრება შესაბამის სამედიცინო დაწესებულებას. საქართველოს 2011 წლის 28 დეკემბრის კანონი №5665 - ვებგვერდი, 11.01.2012წ.
