საქართველოს კანონმდებლობა ჯანმრთელობის დაცვის სფეროში მოქალაქის უფლებების შესახებ შედგება საქართველოს კონსტიტუციის , საქართველოს საერთაშორისო ხელშეკრულებებისა და შეთანხმებების, „ჯანმრთელობის დაცვის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონი ს, ამ კანონისა და სხვა ნორმატიული აქტებისაგან.
