პენიტენციურ დაწესებულებაში მოთავსებული პირი სარგებლობს ამ კანონით გათვალისწინებული ყველა უფლებით. საქართველოს  2010 წლის 9 მარტის კანონი №2703-სსმI, №12, 24.03.2010წ., მუხ.45 საქართველოს 2015 წლის 1 მაისის კანონი №3551 - ვებგვერდი, 18.05.2015წ.
