გათავისუფლდეს
საქართველოს სისხლის სამართლის კოდექსის 260-ე მუხლით
გათვალისწინებული დანაშაულისათვის დაკისრებული სისხლისსამართლებრივი პასუხისმგებლობისა და სასჯელისაგან პირი, თუ მისი ქმედება იმავდროულად დაკვალიფიცირებულია
