გათავისუფლდეს სისხლისსამართლებრივი პასუხისმგებლობისა და სასჯელისაგან პირი, რომელსაც საქართველოს პარლამენტის დადგენილებით მინიჭებული აქვს პოლიტიკური ნიშნით დაპატიმრებული ან პოლიტიკური ნიშნით სისხლისსამართლებრივად დევნილი პირის სტატუსი.
