ერთი მესამედით შეუმცირდეს დანიშნული სასჯელი ქალს, რომელმაც ჩაიდინა საქართველოს სისხლის სამართლის კოდექსით გათვალისწინებული მძიმე ან/და განსაკუთრებით მძიმე დანაშაული, გარდა დანაშაულისა, რომელმაც გამოიწვია ადამიანის სიცოცხლის მოსპობა.
