გათავისუფლდეს სისხლისსამართლებრივი პასუხისმგებლობისა და სასჯელისაგან ადრე განზრახი დანაშაულისათვის ნასამართლობის არმქონე პირი, რომელმაც ჩაიდინა
საქართველოს სისხლის სამართლის კოდექსის    239-ე მუხლის მე-3 ნაწილით
