ამ კანონის ამოქმედებამდე შექმნილი საკრედიტო კავშირები ვალდებულნი არიან კანონის ამოქმედებისთანავე შესაბამისი საბანკო საქმიანობა განახორციელონ მხოლოდ ამ კანონით დადგენილი მოთხოვნების შესაბამისად.
