1. პროკურორს უფლება აქვს, კანონით გათვალისწინებულ შემთხვევებში წერილობითი მითითება მისცეს გამოძიების ორგანოებს.

2. გამოძიების საკითხებზე პროკურორის მითითების შესრულება სავალდებულოა.
