ამ კანონის პირველი და მე -2 მუხლებით გათვალისწინებული ამნისტია ვრცელდება იმ პირებზე , რომლებმაც შესაბამისი დანაშაულები ჩაიდინეს 2008 წლის 15 ოქტომბრამდე .
