ამ კანონის პირველი და მე-2 მუხლებით გათვალისწინებული ამნისტია ვრცელდება იმ პირებზე, რომლებმაც შესაბამისი დანაშაულები ჩაიდინეს 2007 წლის 15 ნოემბრამდე.
