ამ კანონის მე-2 მუხლის „ჟ“ ქვეპუნქტში აღნიშნული საკონტროლო ნუსხებით განსაზღვრული პროდუქციის იმპორტი ხორციელდება საქართველოს კანონმდებლობის შესაბამისად გაცემული იმპორტის ნებართვის საფუძველზე.
