საქართველოს იუსტიციის მინისტრმა და საქართველოს ოკუპირებული ტერიტორიებიდან იძულებით გადაადგილებულ პირთა, განსახლებისა და ლტოლვილთა მინისტრმა ამ კანონის მე-5 მუხლით გათვალისწინებული ბრძანებები გამოსცენ ამ კანონის ამოქმედებიდან 15 დღის ვადაში.
