ამ კანონის დარღვევისათვის სათამაშო ბიზნესის მოსაკრებლის გადამხდელს დაეკისრება საქართველოს საგადასახადო კოდექსით განსაზღვრული სანქციები და სხვა პასუხისმგებლობა საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით დადგენილი წესით. საქართველოს 2010 წლის 17 სექტემბრის კანონი №3594  - სსმ I, №54, 12.10.2010 წ., მუხ. 346
