# მუხლი 17. დოკუმენტების შენახვის ვადა — საქართველოს საბაჟო კოდექსი

საბაჟო ორგანოს მიერ კონტროლის განხორციელების მიზნით პირი ვალდებულია, უზრუნველყოს ამ კოდექსის მე-15 მუხლით განსაზღვრული დოკუმენტების შენახვა საბაჟო ზედამხედველობის დასრულებიდან 6 კალენდარული წლის განმავლობაში.
