თუ ფსიქოსოციალური საჭიროების მქონე პირს ჯანმრთელობის მდგომარეობის გამო არ შეუძლია ბიუროში გამოცხადება, იგი სტაციონარში ან თავის საცხოვრებელ ადგილზე შემოწმდება.
