გემის დაღუპვის შემთხვევაში ფრახტი გადაიხდება დაღუპვის დღის ჩათვლით, ხოლო თუ ამ დღის დადგენა შეუძლებელია, – მაშინ გემის შესახებ უკანასკნელი ცნობის მიღების დღის ჩათვლით.
