ბუქსირმზიდის მფლობელი პასუხს არ აგებს საბუქსირო გემის ან სხვა მცურავი ობიექტის ან მათზე არსებული ქონებისა და ტვირთის დაზიანებისათვის, თუ ბუქსირზიდვა მიმდინარეობს ყინულის პირობებში და არ დამტკიცდება, რომ ზიანი მიყენებულია ბუქსირმზიდი გემის მიზეზით.
