საზღვაო ბუქსირზიდვის ხელშეკრულების მიხედვით ბუქსირმზიდის მფლობელს პასუხისმგებლობა ეკისრება გემის ან სხვა მცურავი ობიექტის საწყის პუნქტში ბუქსირზე აყვანის მომენტიდან და ეხსნება საბუქსირო გემის ან სხვა მცურავი ობიექტის ბუქსირზიდვის საბოლოო პუნქტში ნავმისადგომთან დაყენებით ან ღუზაზე დადგომით.
