თუ გემთმფლობელმა ბუქსირზიდვის ხელმძღვანელობა დააკისრა პირს, რომელიც არ არის ბუქსირის კაპიტანი, მაშინ ამ პირის სამართალურთიერთობა ბუქსირმზიდი გემისა და საბუქსირო გემის ან სხვა მცურავი ობიექტის კაპიტნებთან განისაზღვრება საზღვაო ბუქსირზიდვის ხელშეკრულებით.
