1. სანავსადგურო ბუქსირზიდვას მართავს საბუქსირო გემის ან სხვა მცურავი ობიექტის კაპიტანი, თუ ხელშეკრულებით სხვა რამ არ არის გათვალისწინებული.

2. ბუქსირმზიდი გემის კაპიტნისათვის ბუქსირზიდვის ხელმძღვანელობის დაკისრება შეიძლება მხოლოდ წერილობით გაფორმებული ხელშეკრულებით.
