თუ საქართველოს საერთაშორისო ხელშეკრულება ან კონვენცია, რომლის წევრიც საქართველოა, შეიცავს ამ კოდექსისაგან განსხვავებულ წესებს, გამოიყენება საერთაშორისო ხელშეკრულების ან კონვენციის წესები.
