1. ინდოსამეტი პასუხს აგებს აქცეპტისა და თამასუქის გადახდისათვის, თუ სხვა რამ არ არის დათქმული.

2. მას შეუძლია აკრძალოს თამასუქის შემდგომი ინდოსირება. ასეთ შემთხვევაში ის პასუხს არ აგებს იმათ წინაშე, ვის სასარგებლოდაც მოხდა თამასუქის შემდგომი ინდოსირება.
