გაცემული ჩეკი ძალაში რჩება როგორც ჩეკის გამცემის გარდაცვალების, ისე სასამართლოს მიერ მისი მხარდაჭერის მიმღებად ცნობის შემთხვევაში. საქართველოს 2015 წლის 20 მარტის კანონი №3394 - ვებგვერდი, 31.03.2015წ.
