საქართველოს ფინანსთა მინისტრმა ამ კანონის 31 1 მუხლით გათვალისწინებული საბჭოს შექმნა და მისი რეგლამენტის დამტკიცება უზრუნველყოს არა უგვიანეს 2010 წლის 1 ივნისისა. საქართველოს 2010 წლის 4 მაისის კანონი №3045 - სსმ I, №24, 10.05.2010 წ., მუხ.164
