მამკვიდრებლის შვილებს, მშობლებსა და მეუღლეს, ანდერძის შინაარსის მიუხედავად, ეკუთვნით სავალდებულო წილი, რომელიც უნდა იყოს იმ წილის ნახევარი, რაც თითოეულ მათგანს კანონით მემკვიდრეობის დროს ერგებოდა (სავალდებულო წილი).
