აღნაგობის უფლება საჯარო რეესტრში შეიტანება მიწის ნაკვეთზე არამესაკუთრეთა სანივთო უფლებებს შორის მხოლოდ პირველი რიგის უფლებად. ეს რიგი არ შეიძლება შეიცვალოს.
