1. საქართველოს საკონსტიტუციო სასამართლოს წევრებისათვის წესდება ერთიანი საკლასო ჩინი – უმაღლესი საკვალიფიკაციო კლასი.

2. საქართველოს საკონსტიტუციო სასამართლოს წევრებს უმაღლესი საკვალიფიკაციო კლასის საკლასო ჩინს ანიჭებს საქართველოს პრეზიდენტი. საქართველოს 1998 წლის 18 სექტემბრის კანონი №1581-სსმI, №2, 26.10.1998წ., მუხ.8
