# მუხლი 20 — საქართველოს საკონსტიტუციო სასამართლოს შესახებ

კანონის ან სხვა ნორმატიული აქტის არაკონსტიტუციურად ცნობა არ ნიშნავს ამ აქტის საფუძველზე ადრე გამოტანილი სასამართლოს განაჩენებისა და გადაწყვეტილებების გაუქმებას, იწვევს მხოლოდ მათი აღსრულების შეჩერებას საპროცესო კანონმდებლობით დადგენილი წესით. საქართველოს 2002 წლის 12 თებერვლის ორგანული კანონი №1264 - სსმ I, №4, 05.03.2002 წ., მუხ.14
