1. ორგანულ კანონს აქვს უპირატესი იურიდიული ძალა კანონის, საქართველოს პრეზიდენტის დეკრეტისა და კანონქვემდებარე აქტების მიმართ.

2. კანონს აქვს უპირატესი იურიდიული ძალა კანონქვემდებარე აქტების მიმართ.

3. საქართველოს პრეზიდენტის დეკრეტს აქვს კანონის ძალა. საქართველოს 1997 წლის 27 ივნისის კანონი №806 – პარლამენტის უწყებანი № 33, 31.07.1997 წ., გვ.42
