# მუხლი 24 — ნორმატიული აქტების შესახებ

თითოეული ნორმატიული აქტი უნდა შეესაბამებოდეს საქართველოს კონსტიტუციასა და კონსტიტუციით დადგენილი უფლებამოსილების ფარგლებში მიღებულ (გამოცემულ) იმ ნორმატიულ აქტებს, რომლებსაც მასთან შედარებით აქვთ უპირატესი იურიდიული ძალა. საქართველოს 1997 წლის 27 ივნისის კანონი №806 – პარლამენტის უწყებანი № 33, 31.07.1997 წ., გვ.42
