1. საქართველოს საკანონმდებლო აქტის მიღების თარიღად ჩაითვლება საქართველოს პარლამენტის მიერ მისი საბოლოო რედაქციით მიღების დღე.

2. სხვა ნორმატიული აქტის მიღების (გამოცემის) თარიღად ჩაითვლება უფლებამოსილი თანამდებობის პირის მიერ მისი ხელმოწერის დღე.
