საქართველოს კონსტიტუციური შეთანხმება ძალაში შედის ოფიციალურ ბეჭდვით ორგანოში მისი გამოქვეყნებისთანავე, თუ იმავე შეთანხმებაში სხვა ვადა არ არის მითითებული. საქართველოს 2004 წლის 30 ივნისის კანონი №213 - სსმ I, №19, 15.07.2004 წ., მუხ.94
