# მუხლი 52 — ნორმატიული აქტების შესახებ

ამ კანონში მითითებული ვადების ათვლისას, გარდა ნორმატიული აქტის ძალაში შესვლისათვის დადგენილი ვადისა, არ ჩაითვლება საქართველოს შრომის კანონმდებლობით დადგენილი უქმე და დასვენების დღეები. თავი III 1 . აჭარის ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკის კონსტიტუციის დამტკიცების წესი საქართველოს 2005 წლის 22 მარტის კანონი №1130 - სსმ I, №13, 12.04.2005 წ., მუხ.80
