ტურისტულ და საკურორტო საწარმოებს უფლება აქვთ აიღონ მომსახურების ლიცენზია, თუ ეს მათი საქმიანობის ინტერესებიდან გამომდინარეობს. საქართველოს 1999 წლის 28 მაისის კანონი №2031 - სსმ I, №20(27), 09.06.1999 წ., მუხ.96
