# მუხლი 20⁸ — კორუფციის წინააღმდეგ ბრძოლის შესახებ

დაუშვებელია, პირმა განიხილოს მხილების განცხადება, თუ ეს განცხადება მიმართულია მის წინააღმდეგ, ან ის პირადად, პირდაპირ ან არაპირდაპირ დაინტერესებულია გადაწყვეტილების შედეგით, ან არსებობს სხვა გარემოება, რომელიც საეჭვოს ხდის მის მიუკერძოებლობას. საქართველოს 2009 წლის 27 მარტის კანონი №1157-სსმI, №9, 13.04.2009წ., მუხ.40 საქართველოს 2014 წლის 2 აპრილის კანონი №2172 - ვებგვერდი, 14.04.2014წ.
