# მუხლი 4 — კორუფციის წინააღმდეგ ბრძოლის შესახებ

ამ კანონის მიზნებისათვის:
ა) „ოჯახის წევრში“ იგულისხმება პირის მეუღლე, არასრულწლოვანი შვილი და გერი, აგრეთვე მასთან მუდმივად მცხოვრები პირი;
ბ) „ახლო ნათესავში“ იგულისხმება პირის ოჯახის წევრი, პირდაპირი აღმავალი და დაღმავალი შტოს ნათესავი, გერი, და და ძმა, აგრეთვე მშობლის და შვილის გერები.
