# მუხლი 23. ნორმატიული აქტის უკუძალა — აჭარის ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკის ნორმატიული აქტების შესახებ

1. ნორმატიულ აქტს უკუძალა აქვს მხოლოდ იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ ეს პირდაპირ არის დადგენილი ამ ნორმატიული აქტით.

2. ნორმატიულ აქტს, რომელიც ადგენს ან ამძიმებს პასუხისმგებლობას, უკუძალა არა აქვს.
