1. სააგენტოს ხელმძღვანელობს სააგენტოს უფროსი.

2. სააგენტოს ზედამხედველობის მიზნით იქმნება საბჭო. საბჭოს შემადგენლობა და საქმიანობის წესი განისაზღვრება ამ კანონით.
