ამ კანონით გათვალისწინებული ამნისტია ვრცელდება იმ პირებზე, რომლებმაც შესაბამისი დანაშაულები ჩაიდინეს 2006 წლის 30 იანვრამდე, თუ ამ დანაშაულებზე არ დაწყებულა წინასწარი გამოძიება.
