ფრაქციის წარმომადგენელთა რაოდენობა პარლამენტის ორგანოებში, როგორც წესი, განისაზღვრება ფრაქციაში გაერთიანებულ პარლამენტის წევრთა რაოდენობის პროპორციულად, თუ კანონმდებლობით სხვა რამ არ არის გათვალისწინებული.
