1. ამ კანონით გათვალისწინებული ამნისტია აღსრულდეს 2025 წლის 1 იანვრამდე.

2. ამ კანონის მე-9 მუხლით განსაზღვრულ შემთხვევაში ამ კანონით გათვალისწინებული ამნისტია აღსრულდეს შესაბამისი სამართლებრივი საფუძვლის წარმოშობიდან 4 თვის ვადაში.
