რეფერენდუმის მომზადებისას, ჩატარებისას და შედეგების დადგენისას გამოიყენება ამ კანონის I კარით გათვალისწინებული არჩევნების მომზადების, ჩატარებისა და შედეგების დადგენის მარეგულირებელი ნორმები, თუ ამ თავით სხვა რამ არ არის განსაზღვრული.
